Environment Canada ended a severe thunderstorm watch for London, Parkhill, Strathroy, Komoka as well as Eastern and Western Middlesex County.
The agency stated that forecasters were watching a hot and humid airmass residing over Southwestern Ontario.
A cold front is expected to sweep through Sunday tonight.
Forecasters stated that conditions were favourable for thunderstorms to develop before the cold front.
The agency is calling for a slight chance of showers Sunday evening.
Conditions are expected to clear up heading into Monday.
