London Police have arrested a 31-year-old man after multiple women reported inappropriate touching on LTC buses.
Investigators say a young female was riding a bus on April 7th from the east end of the city when a man boarded the bus and started talking with her. Police allege the suspect touched the woman during the conversation before getting off the bus in the downtown area.
A week later on April 14th, another young female boarded a bus in the area of Dundas and Richmond Streets. During the ride she was approached by a male who engaged her in conversation, moved closer to her, and began touching her inappropriately.
The interaction ended when the female got off the bus in the south end of the city.
Police say after going public with their investigation on Thursday April 21st, two more young women came forward and reported being inappropriately touched by a male while riding LTC buses.
