After a week of delays with legal arguments the jury is expected to hear from another forensic expert as the Tim Bosma trial enters week five.
The blood expert will reveal the findings of the blood splatter found in Tim Bosma’s truck. While bones and teeth couldn’t directly identify Bosma, blood found in the truck did.
The jury is expected to learn what was found in four black industrial latex gloves.
Three of them were found in Dellen Millard’s front pocket after his arrest May 10th, 2013, another was found in the grass near a barn at his Ayr farm.
The Crown theory is Tim Bosma was shot and killed inside his truck shortly after he left his Ancaster home May 6th, 2013 with Millard and Mark Smich.
They believe Bosma’s body was incinerated immediately in the Eliminator at the Waterloo hangar Millard owned on May 7th.
Last week, the jury learned details of Mark Smich’s arrest May 22nd. He was taken down in Oakville while walking with his girlfriend Marlena Meneses.
She is expected to take the stand and testify about what she knew about a stolen truck.
The court also learned details of Millard’s financial situation which investigators believed was not as rosy as it may have appeared.
