A 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Nepal has killed at least 876 people, officials say. Police spokesman Kamal Singh Bam says the death toll is expected to rise in the aftermath of Saturday's deadly quake. The earthquake struck before noon, and could be felt in the country's capital of Kathmandu as well as neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, India, and Tibet. 181 people are confirmed dead in the capital.
