Don't say you weren't warned. Beginning Tuesday, Ontario motorists can expect to face stiffer consequences if they're caught driving distracted. As of September 1st, new beefed up penalties will include tickets ranging from $490 up to $1,000 and three demerit points. OPP Sgt.
