A serious two-vehicle crash in Perth County has sent four people to hospital.
OPP responded to the crash involving a minivan and an SUV around 1 o’clock Friday afternoon on Perth Line 86 just east of Listowel.

According to police, the 39-year-old driver of the minivan was extricated from the vehicle and taken by air ambulance to a London hospital with serious injuries. Two young passengers in the minivan, an 8-year-old and 10-year-old, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The 26-year-old driver of the SUV, from Tiny Township, suffered minor injuries and has since been released from hospital.
Barricades have been placed on Perth Line 86 between Perth Road 147 and Perth Road 140 and police expect the roadway to be blocked off until at least 6 p.m. Friday.
