London Police say the public’s safety was jeopardized by an apparent shooting in the core over the weekend.
It was around 1:30 a.m. Saturday when officers responded to the area of Richmond St. and Carling St. to reports of a shooting.
When they arrived on scene, investigators say they found evidence that shots had been fired. They also found blood in at the scene, although a victim wasn’t located.
As of Sunday afternoon, London Police hadn’t made any arrests in the case and a weapon hadn’t been recovered.
