Michael Buble says his three-year-old son Noah has been diagnosed with cancer.
The B.C. native confirmed the diagnosis in a statement on his Facebook page this morning.
“We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US,” Buble wrote.
The Canadian singer says he and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, an actress and model from Argentina, have put their careers on hold to devote all their time and attention to their son.
Buble and Lopilato have two sons, three-year-old Noah and Elias, who was born in January.
Doctors initially believed Noah had Mumps but later determined it was cancer.
The diagnosis comes one year after Noah suffered serious burns that required hospitalization following an accident in the Kitchen where he poured boiling water over himself.
In the statement, Buble wrote the family asks fans for their prayers and to respect their privacy.
