Two London City Councillors will be taking on some extra duties.
Councillor Maureen Cassidy was named the council appointee to the Middlesex-London Health Unit — taking over for Councillor Stephen Turner who quit.
She and Councillor Jesse Helmer will also split up some of Jared Zaifman’s responsibilities until he returns from a medical leave at the end of November.
Cassidy will sit on the Community and Protective Services Committee.
Helmer will fill in on the Corporate Services Committee.
