London Police are investigating a collision involving two motor vehicles and a hydro pole in the city’s south end.
Police responded to the collision on Southdale Road E and Dulaney Drive around 1:45 a.m. on Saturday.
Officials stated that the occupant(s) of one of the vehicles fled the scene. After checking the licence plate, it was determined that the vehicle had previously been reported stolen.
Multiple officers were called in to investigate and search the area for the occupant(s) of the stolen vehicle.
An adult female from the other vehicle involved was transported to hospital by ambulance for non-life threatening injuries.
According to police, two males were located in the surrounding area and taken into custody.
The total damage for the two vehicles involved, the hydro pole, and transformer is estimated to be around $35,000.
The London Police General Investigation Section and Traffic Management Unit are continuing to investigate.
