Grey County OPP have identified a 55-year-old Meaford man who died from his injuries following a serious collision on Highway 26.
Police responded to a report of a serious collision between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle on Hwy. 26 at the 7th Line in the Municipality of Meaford around 8:41 p.m. on Friday.
Officials stated that the initial investigation revealed that the motorcycle was travelling eastbound on Hwy. 26 when the passenger vehicle, which was westbound, collided with the motorcycle as it attempted to make a left turn onto the 7th Line.
Police identified the deceased as Allan Bradley Doherty of the Municipality of Meaford.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was not injured during the collision.
Officials stated that charges are pending against a 57-year-old Windsor man.
