There will be a parade through the streets of downtown London next week to celebrate as members of the London Knights receive their Memorial Cup Championship rings.
The celebration and parade will take place on Thursday, August 25th at 2 p.m. The parade will start at City hall. Vehicles will travel from Dufferin to Wellington, Wellington to Queens, Queens to Talbot, and finish up at Jubilee Square leading back into Budweiser Gardens.
Following the parade, there will be an hour long autograph session at Budweiser Gardens from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

“We’re going to have pictures available at The Armoury for purchase of some of our players, and then people are allowed to bring items,” said Knights Communication Manager Ryan Starr. “We’re just asking a two-item limit.”
After the autograph session, the annual London Knights Award Ceremony will take place on the floor of the arena from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will be open to the public.
The Knights captured their second Memorial Cup in franchise history with a 3-2 overtime win over the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in Red Deer, Alberta.
