London Police are looking for a suspect after a man suffered serious injuries in an apparent road rage incident.
Police say a man was driving eastbound on Oxford Street near Adelaide Street North at around 11 o’clock Wednesday morning when a man on an older model black e-bike pulled in front of him, forcing him to stop in the curb lane.
The suspect then approached the victim and a verbal exchange took place before the suspect kicked the victim’s vehicle.
When the victim got out of the vehicle to check for damage, the suspect punched him and then fled eastbound on Oxford Street.
The suspect is described by police as a 5’11 white man about 35 years old with tanned skin and short blond hair.
He was about 200 lbs with a muscular build and tattoos on his arms.
The suspect was wearing a light blue t-shirt with dark coloured shorts that went past his knees and a black helmet.
The e-bike had a red sticker on the back of it that said “I love Tim Hortons”.
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519)661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
