The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge could be booking a second trip to Canada soon.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has sent a formal invitation to Prince William and Kate Middleton for a royal tour of Canada when their schedules permit.
The invitation is also extended to the royal couple’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
A spokesperson says there are no confirmed dates as of yet.
William and Kate last visited Canada in 2011 on their first official tour as newlyweds.
During their nine-day visit, the couple participated in Canada Day celebrations on Parliament Hill in Ottawa and in the Calgary Stampede Parade.
They also made stops in Montreal, Quebec City, Charlottetown and Summerside, PEI, the Yukon, and Slave Lake in Alberta.
